Now the laptops are coming with a feature that a user can open it but in some laptops it is very difficult to open and clean. Now for cleaning your Laptop without opening it first go to at that place where you don't get dusty or there where you will not mind to make that place dusty.
Now get an compressed air, just burst through the hole of laptop fan or CPU fan, you will see that dust is coming out. Also to protect from getting it getting over heat, you can also use a small blower or a hair dryer to take dust out. But make sure you are not using it with a high power.
